Shippable orders cost €5.95 within the supported checkout countries and ship free from €75.
Delivery
Provide a complete delivery address. Delivery timing depends on destination and carrier; tracking is shared when available.
Fourteen-day return period
Notify us within 14 days of receipt and return the unused item in its original condition. Return shipping is normally at your expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exceptions
Opened aftercare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Personalised items, redeemed vouchers and completed digital or reservation services may be excluded where the law permits.
Damage or wrong item
Contact us promptly with the order number and clear photos so we can assess a replacement or refund.

Delivery time

Tattoo vouchers and flash confirmations are sent by email and carry no shipping cost.
Return address
Announce your return by email first; we then confirm the return address. Unannounced parcels can be refused. Returns can also be handed in at Jonge Roelensteeg 4A, 1012 PL Amsterdam during opening hours.
