Request and confirmation
Submit accurate contact, design, size and placement information. Your appointment is confirmed only after studio approval and the required deposit.
Changes
Confirmed dates can be viewed through your account or secure management link. Rescheduling is possible up to 48 hours before the appointment, subject to availability.
Arrival and preparation
Arrive on time, rested and sober, bring valid ID and follow preparation instructions. Significant design changes may require a new quote or appointment.
Consultations
Consultations are free. A consultation does not reserve an appointment unless the studio confirms one.

Health and contraindications
Tell us in advance about pregnancy or breastfeeding, diabetes, epilepsy, haemophilia or blood thinners, heart conditions, skin conditions, allergies, recent surgery, chemotherapy or a weakened immune system. We may ask for a doctor's clearance or advise against tattooing that area.
Condition on the day
We do not tattoo anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or anyone who cannot give informed consent. Eat beforehand, avoid alcohol for 24 hours and do not sunburn the area.
Late arrival and session length
Arriving more than 20 minutes late can shorten or cancel the session, because the next appointment cannot be moved. Long projects are planned in sessions and the price and planning are agreed per session.
Consent and records
Before your first session you sign a consent and health form as required for hygiene supervision. You may bring one companion; for safety reasons the workspace is not suitable for children.
Touch-ups
A free touch-up for a settling issue is assessed after full healing, within six months, when aftercare instructions were followed. Damage from sun, picking, swimming or a fresh injury is not included.
