These terms apply to studio services, bookings and purchases. Specific booking and shop terms supplement them.
Agreements
An appointment, order or reservation becomes binding after our confirmation and any required payment. Prices are confirmed before tattooing or checkout.
Safe service
We may decline or stop treatment when safe, lawful or responsible tattooing is not possible. You must provide accurate information relevant to treatment and follow studio instructions.
Liability
We take professional care but cannot guarantee how an individual body heals or how personal aftercare affects the result. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Contact us first so we can assess and resolve concerns. Dutch law applies where legally permitted.

Prices and VAT
All consumer prices include Dutch VAT. The studio minimum is €100; the final tattoo price depends on design, size, placement, detail and time and is confirmed before we start.
Right to refuse
We may decline or stop a request, also after a deposit, when a design, placement, health situation, intoxication, behaviour towards staff or safety concern makes responsible work impossible. Where we decline for our own reasons, the deposit is refunded.
Liability
We work to professional hygiene standards and give aftercare instructions. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service or product, except in cases of intent, gross negligence, or personal injury caused by us, where the law does not allow limitation. We are not liable for results affected by aftercare you carried out, skin conditions you did not disclose, or normal ageing of a tattoo.
Intellectual property
Designs, drawings, flash and photographs made by the studio remain the intellectual property of the artist. A tattoo is made for you personally; reproduction of a design for commercial use requires written permission. We only publish photos of your tattoo with your consent, which you can withdraw.
Force majeure and changes
If illness, power failure, supply problems or another situation beyond our control prevents an appointment, we offer a new date or a refund of amounts paid for the cancelled part. We may amend these terms; the version published at the time of your booking or order applies.
Applicable law and disputes
Dutch law applies. Mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence stays intact. Complaints follow our complaints procedure; EU consumers can also use the European ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
