These terms cover products, tattoo vouchers, artwork and flash reservations sold through the Motorink shop.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted after successful payment and confirmation. Product availability and obvious pricing errors may require cancellation and refund.
Tattoo vouchers
Tattoo vouchers are valid for 24 months, are not exchangeable for cash and must be presented when used.
Flash reservations
A flash reservation secures one unique design after successful payment. The reservation amount is deducted from the tattoo price; booking the tattoo date remains a separate step.
Products
Colours and dimensions may vary slightly from screens or handmade originals. Statutory consumer rights remain applicable.

Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you may cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, and return the item within 14 days after that. You can use the EU model withdrawal form or simply email us a clear statement.
Refunds
We refund the purchase price and standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of return, using the original payment method.
Exclusions
Opened aftercare products (hygiene), personalised or made-to-order items, and services already fully performed with your consent are excluded from withdrawal.
Conformity
Products must match the description. If an item is faulty you are entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund under Dutch consumer law; this is in addition to any commercial guarantee.
Payment methods
We accept iDEAL, credit card, Bancontact, Apple Pay and Klarna (pay later or in three instalments) through our payment provider Mollie. Klarna applies its own terms and credit assessment. In the studio you can also pay cash or by card.
